ヨイトキ YOITOKI is a Platform operated by OLA PARTY JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), including without limitation the website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform Services”).
For the protection of your privacy as a user of the Platform, we have created this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). Please read the terms of the Policy with caution before using the Platform Services. Once you start using the Platform Services, it shall be deemed that you have agreed and consented to the processing of your information as outlined in this Policy.

    1. Collection of Personal Information

          1. When creating an account, users provide certain personal information (such as email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, residence, nickname, etc.) required to use the Platform Services.
          2. Information such as driver's license number, passport number, health insurance card number, etc., may also be collected for identity verification purposes.
          3. After completing the profile registration, basic information, personality, dreams, photos, and other content will be provided to the Platform. We may also request permission to access your camera and photo album to add certain content, such as photos and videos. By providing such information, you consent to its processing by the Platform.
          4. When users make payments for the Platform Services, payment service providers such as Airwallex or Wise may directly obtain personal information related to the settlement, and we may receive your personal information from them.
          5. If you contact our user support team, we will collect information provided during the interaction. These conversations may be monitored or recorded for training or service improvement purposes.
          6. When you request us to communicate with or process someone else's information, we collect the information you provide to us regarding the other person. We may respond to publicly shared content or communication between you and other users as part of the Platform’s operation. This includes processing communications with customers, preventing misuse of the Platform Services for fraud or other illegal activities, and other similar incidents, as well as providing improved services.
          7. We will collect your usage data (such as login date and time, features used, searches, clicks, pages viewed, webpage addresses, clicked ads, etc.) and your interactions with other users (such as communication/contact with users, contact date and time, sent and received messages, etc.).
        1.3 Log
        Logs are automatically generated when users use the Platform, including information such as IP address, browser type, and browser language. This information is used to analyze the user environment, provide better services, and prevent fraudulent activities that may interfere with the normal provision of services.
          1.4 Cookies
          When you use the Platform Services, cookies, web beacons, and other technologies may be used to collect information about the features you use, how you use them, and the devices you use to access these features.

            2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection

            The main purpose of using your information is to provide and improve the Platform Services. Additionally, we use this information to protect your security and deliver ads that may be of interest to you.               1. Supporting pairing and meeting with other users; Showing users potential pairs based on user profiles, activities, and preferences on the Platform; and
              2. Introducing user profiles between users.
            2.3 Improvement and Development of Platform Services
              1. Conducting research related to Platform Services, including but not limited to conducting and analyzing surveys;
              2. Researching and analysing user behavior to improve services and content (we may make changes or significant modifications to certain features based on how users use the service); and
              3. Developing new features and services.
            2.4 Prevention, Detection, and Response to Fraud and Other Illegal or Unauthorised Activities
              1. Promoting the provision of health services, we will monitor and take action against illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, violations of terms of use, and suspected actions both within and outside the Platform;
              2. Analysing data to deepen our understanding of these behaviors and take more appropriate countermeasures; and
              3. Storing data related to fraudulent activities and prevent recurrence.
            2.5 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
              1. Complying with legal obligations;
              2. Facilitating law enforcement;
              3. Exercising our rights under the terms of use.

            3. Sharing of Personal Information

            The Platform’s mission is to help our users find the right match. Therefore, the parties with whom you share information are other users. We also share some of your information with service providers and partner companies that help us operate the service, affiliates, and, in some cases, law enforcement agencies. Please read the following to learn more about how we share your information with others.
              3.1 Other Users
              The information you voluntarily disclose in this service (including your public profile) will be shared with other users. Once your information is shared, neither you nor we can control the actions of others. Please manage your information carefully and only share content you don't mind making public.
              If your settings allow you to limit the sharing of all or part of your personal profile, or certain content and information about yourself, this content will be displayed according to your settings.

                1. We allow companies within our group to act as service providers on our behalf and process your information according to our instructions. The support provided by other companies within our group may include technical tasks such as data hosting and maintenance, customer service, marketing and targeted advertising, financial and accounting assistance, and improving our services, including understanding how our services are used and user behavior, protecting our data and systems, and preventing spam, abuse, fraud, infringement, and other illegal activities.
                2. To increase your opportunities for building good relationships, we may display your name, registration number, nickname, and birthdate on other group services and enable you to benefit from cross-platform features. We may share your information, such as your email address. Of course, we will comply with applicable laws and, where appropriate, notify you of such opportunities and allow you to consent or decline. Such opportunities may include creating new services for specific customer groups that we believe would be of interest to you within our group.
                3. We prohibit and restrict users who violate our terms of service or are reported for criminal or inappropriate behavior from using services, websites, and applications operated by other companies within our group. We may share information (name, gender, registration information, birthdate, email address, phone number, usage history, specific facts of terms of use violations/criminal behavior/inappropriate behavior).
                4. We also use your information (name, gender, registration number, birthdate, email address, phone number) with other companies within our group. We may also share your personal history, payment history, and other information you have provided to us with other companies within our group.

We also share this information with other affiliates of the Platform and third parties (primarily advertising companies) to develop and distribute targeted advertisements on our services as well as third-party websites and applications, and to analyze and report on the ads you view. We may also combine this information with other non-personal information or personal information collected from other sources in a hashed, unreadable form.

                      4. Cross-Border Transmission

                      The information sharing described in Section 3 may sometimes involve cross-border data transfers, such as transfers to Singapore and other jurisdictions. For example, if the service is aimed at users residing in Japan, their personal information will be transferred to countries outside of Japan. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you consent to such cross-border data transfers. We will protect these transfers through appropriate contractual measures.

                        The Platform complies with laws and regulations related to personal information protection, as well as the obligations set out in the guidelines issued by the Personal Information Protection Commission and relevant authorities, and adheres to this Policy. Additionally, the Platform takes organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to protect user personal information from improper access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
                        While complying with laws, regulations, and standards related to personal information protection, the Platform strives to manage personal information properly by appointing responsible personnel for personal information processing, providing employee education, and other efforts. Furthermore, to protect the personal information managed under this service, reasonable security measures will be taken from a technical standpoint.

                          Although the Platform may be browsed by any individual, the use of the Platform Services is limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) and above. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18).

                            We will only retain your information for as long as necessary for our legitimate business purposes and within the scope allowed by applicable laws.

                              8. Rights of Users
