                                  Supports all types of browsers on PCs and smartphones, but functionality on tablet PCs is not guaranteed. We only support iOS and Android.

                                    Refund

                                    If you cancel your membership subscription while still having an active membership and are not satisfied with ヨイトキ YOITOKI’s membership services, you can request a refund by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your reason for the refund in the email.The unused portion of the fees for paid services purchased prior to canceling your membership subscription will be refunded to you. We will process the refund according to your request as follows: Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid by Customer - (Full Price of 1-Month Package x Number of Months Used) - One Month Management Fee: 3,000 yen. If the result of this calculation is negative, no refund will be given.

                                      Subscription cancellation guidelines

                                      Unless the user cancels the membership subscription (stops automatic renewal), the subscription service will be automatically renewed at the end of each purchased membership period, and the subscription fee will continue to be deducted. The subscription must be canceled (automatic renewal stopped) within 24 hours before the membership period ends. If the cancellation is not completed within this time frame, the subscription will be automatically renewed. After cancellation, the system will not automatically renew the membership. Your membership benefits will still be available until the last day of the membership period.

                                        To cancel a membership subscription (or stop automatic renewal), go to "Me" > "Membership" > "Current membership", and then click "Cancel subscription".
